Without justifying yourself and for any reason you can return the product you purchased within 14 days of receipt.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must send Myriam Lara Jewels a communication to that effect, within the terms indicated, to the following e-mail address: info@myriamlarajewels.it.

The returned product must be intact and returned in its original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment: labels, seals, etc.) in perfect condition (not ruined, damaged or soiled).

Shipping costs (and any customs fees, if any) for returning the product will be the sole responsibility of the Customer.

You can choose between a refund, voucher or exchange.

If you choose the refund, you will receive the full amount already paid, net of the shipping costs incurred and any customs fees paid for the import, within 30 (thirty) days from the withdrawal, by means of the transfer procedure of the amount charged, using the same means of payment used for the initial transaction, unless otherwise agreed. If the purchase was made using a discount code, the amount of the discount will not be refunded. The refund will only relate to the amount actually spent.

The right of withdrawal can be exercised exclusively by the customer and in no case by the recipient of any gift.
